I love your software! I'm a perpetual license user and I rely on Cacani for my everyday work.
Recently, my hard drive died and I had no way of deactivating my license so that I could use Cacani on another computer.
I emailed support with no reply.
Luckily, I was able to revive my drive for a little while so that I can deactivate my license.
But what can I do if this happens again?
