how to make inbetween frames in every other frames?

By the way, my solution for now is
1.select an extent where you wanna inbetween in every other frames
2.cut it half
3.convert them to inbetween frame
4.right click -> hold frame

but does it seems to be a bit of primitive or Inefficient way?
and my problem is that is only way i know to do that.

I think limited anime basically needs inbetween frames in every 1, or 2, or more frames.
I also want to inbetween so, but don't know how to do it.
Is there anyway to select frames like picture below?
