Program won't start

Hi, I manage to download trial ver. of cacani but I have some issue the program won't start,it's appear on background process in task manager but the program window won't shows up.

but sometime program are work but when I close and open it again I have same issue,anyway I use window 10 64 bit, and my graphic card driver is up to date what should I do


or maybe it's only trial version issue?
