  • APPCRASH everytime i opened them

    Hello guys, can you help me?
    I'm planning to buy CACANi software, and decided to go with the trial first before purchasing it, to know how to use it.
    I tried download it 2 times, and the first time i download it, I can't even open it, the windows always pop up saying that the software can't be opened and crashed.
    the second time, I managed to get in to the software, but i can't draw anything/ nothing show up when i use the tool. AND, after 1 minute, the app will show a pop-up saying they're doing a sloppy job and closed the application.
    It always said appcrash every time, can you give me any solution? thank you

    I had a similar problem windows didn't want to install it. I managed to get it to install by right clicking on the install file and choosing "run as Administrator". try uninstalling and re-install using this method if your using windows 8.

      Hello JMation, interesting. After it started working, did it crashed like Linniie situation, or all seem fine?

    I am sorry that you are having some problems. Can you first describe what Windows OS are you using? Also do you have a stable network connection? What are you computer specs, anything that you can give us will help pin down the problem.

      I've tried j-mation suggestion to uninstall it and re-install it as administrator, but it doesn't seems to work.
      I'm currently using Windows 7 (64 bit) with 4GB ram memories, intel (R) core 17 as processor.
      My laptop is ASUS N43S, and yes i do have stable network connection when operating the CACANi software.

      here's the attached file of the appcrash situation, mostly it always show up that window every time i click on the CACANi shortcut.

          I've purchased the license because this app seems really promising, so I might as well tried to use the non-trial version.
          I'll also update you if the non-trial license went well

        Dear Jose, would you PLEASE help me? I get quite desperate here .___.
        I've downloaded the latest version (plus the 90 days trial), and the right after i entered my activation key, succesfuly registered the key, the program get crashed (the same like before, doing sloppy job and appcarsh), AND when i tried to open again, they asked me for another activation key, and when i copy-pasted my key, they said It's been registered and i need to contact the administrator.

        can you give me any suggestion? please?
