I had a problem about RAF_1002 so i wrote e-mail to the support team
but i can't fix the problem..(Photo No.3 i don't know if i do it wrong or not..

He told me Cacani support team need to give me a reset file or something ??
i don't know what to do so i'm going to e-mail to support team again.
